Is there a Korean Babes Tee physical store?

Yes, Korean Babes Tee is an online gift shop with a pop-up store located inside our family print shop in Sunrise, FL.
You can also meet us at cupsleeve events, conventions, and festivals throughout the year.

General FAQs

  • All albums (unless otherwise stated) are 100% official and authenticated. They are direct imports from Korea which allows us to ensure authenticity and quality.
  • Selected inspired gifts are shipped separately because they are made on demand upon order placement.
  • All items that are on sale/clearance are final sale.
  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or delivery issues.

OST Albums

  • Depending on versions, contents (cover, photo book, mini book, photo cards, posters, etc.) in the official album package may vary.
  • Posters are random and limited; included until supplies last.
  • Albums with the tag (NEMO) means it is a smart album. Nemo versions consist of a few photo cards and a Nemo card. Buyers must download the appropriate “Nemoz” app and use it to scan the Nemo card. The same applies here as with the Poca and WeVerse versions - a digital album and digital, high-resolution photos.

Combined orders (Pre-order and Regular Items)

  • Pre-order items are either scheduled for official release in the near future or currently sold out.
  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we dispatch them together once the pre-order item is available.
  • There is also a slight chance that items may be out of stock during the pre-order period and it may cause delays.
  • The processing time for in-stock items is between 5 to 7 business days after the order is received.
  • The processing time for all pre-order items will be between 7 to 10 business days after the release date or restock.

International Shipping

Thank you for shopping with us! We can't wait until you receive our product but please keep in mind shipping time will be longer for you. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose, with an average delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks.

We will cancel and fully refund any order that cannot be shipped by our shipping carrier.

Import Taxes and Customs Fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country and/or selected shipping courier. Any additional charges for customs clearance is the intended customer and/or receiver's responsibility.

*Customs clearance may cause delays beyond delivery estimates.

If your package required customs clearance and was not claimed from the customs office within their specified timeframe, it may be returned to us.

Please note that we will need to charge for the reshipping costs. To proceed with this, please contact our customer service with your updated and correct shipping details.

Cancellations

As long as an order has not been fulfilled/shipped, all customers have the option to cancel their order.

Address Changes

If you mistakenly placed an order with an incorrect address, please notify us immediately. We are unable to modify your order once the order has been processed/fulfilled. We do not take liability for orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses or absent residents at the time of delivery.

If the package was incorrectly sent due to an incorrect shipping address or an absent resident, any action will only be processed after the original package has been received.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, processing time and potential mail delays.

PROCESSING TIME is the time it takes us to prepare an order for shipment.
SHIPPING TIME is the time it takes the shipping carrier to bring it to your door.

Disclaimers

We reserve the right to cancel orders without providing of reason - in the case we cancel the order full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days of cancellation to original payment method.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Received Incorrect Item

If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the error. We will gladly assist you.
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date based on the tracking number of the respective delivery service. We will respond to you within 24-48 hours.

For any package containing incorrect items, external transit damage, or manufacturer defects visible externally: all received items must remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging. If the purchased item(s) have been opened, we will be unable to proceed.

External - Damaged/Defective Item

Prior to sending out each item, we always do an item and package check to make sure there are no external damages. Further, we go through several different protective measures such as bubble wrap, cardboard box, secured taping, etc. to ensure that orders arrive without damages. Unfortunately, damages during delivery are unforeseeable.

We are not liable for any item/package damages incurred during transit, and we are not liable for order packages once they have been delivered and scanned as such.

Certain products are manufactured in a way where minor damages can be easily sustained to the item and we will not be liable for any minor scratches, bends, damages, etc.

If you encounter an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

My item was marked as delivered but I didn't receive it

After your order has been marked as delivered, your order has been considered fulfilled. Sometimes orders get marked as delivered in advance by the shipping carrier, if this happens, please wait 2-3 business days to see if your order eventually gets delivered. In the meantime please check around your residence and with neighbors to make sure it was not delivered to the wrong address.
If your order still hasn't been found, please submit a missing mail search with your local post office.

Tracking number says ''Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending''.

Unfortunately when this happens it means the shipping carrier received your package but may have skipped a scan along the way. This delays the tracking process and there won't be updates on your tracking number.

My order was returned to you, but I didn't request a return. Why did this happen?

There are a couple of common reasons why a package might be returned to us:
Invalid Address: If the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the carrier might be unable to deliver your package.

Unclaimed from Customs Office: If your package required customs clearance and was not claimed from the customs office within their specified timeframe, it may be returned to us.

If your package was returned due to an invalid address or because it was unclaimed at customs, we can reship it to you. However, please note that we will need to charge for the reshipping costs. To proceed with this, please contact our customer service with your updated and correct shipping details.
