Is there a Korean Babes Tee physical store?
Korean Babes Tee is an online shop. All orders are fulfilled from our family print shop in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
You can also find us at select conventions, cupsleeve events, and Asian festivals throughout Florida.
Who prints your custom products?
All custom and printed products are made in-house at our family print shop, Odcaf Express, in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Are your albums official?
Yes. All albums are 100% official and imported directly from Korea.
Please note: Albums currently available are limited to our remaining in-stock inventory and are marked as clearance.
Are clearance albums final sale?
Yes. All sale and clearance albums are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on customized products, as each item is made specifically for you.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with any quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as they have not been fulfilled.

After that window, cancellations are not guaranteed.
How long does processing take?
Custom products: 3–7 business days
In-stock albums: 3–5 business days
Shipping time within the U.S. is typically 5–7 business days after processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping times vary by country (average 2–3 weeks).
Import taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Please wait 2–3 business days and check around your property or with neighbors.
If it still has not arrived, contact your local carrier to file a missing mail request.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we will guide you through next steps if needed.
What if my package is returned to you?
Packages are commonly returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed customs clearance.
Reshipping fees will apply. Please contact us with your updated address and order number.
