Is there a Korean Babes Tee physical store?
Korean Babes Tee is an online gift shop. While we don’t have a retail storefront, all of our orders are fulfilled from our family print shop, Odcaf Express, in Sunrise, FL.
You can also catch us in person at cupsleeve events, conventions, and festivals across Florida throughout the year.
Who handles your printed products?
All of our printed goods like shirts, stickers, and packaging are proudly made in-house at our family print shop, Odcaf Express, in Sunrise, FL.
Are all albums official?
Yes! All albums are 100% official and authenticated. We import them directly from Korea to ensure both authenticity and quality.
What should I know about K-pop album versions and inclusions?
Album contents may vary depending on the version. This includes covers, photo books, mini books, photo cards, posters, and more.
- Posters are random and limited available only while supplies last.
- Albums marked (NEMO) are smart albums. These include a few photo cards and a special Nemo card. To access the digital content, download the Nemoz app and scan the card.
- The same applies to POCA and WeVerse versions, they include digital albums and high-resolution digital photos.
What happens if I order both pre-order and in-stock items together?
If your order includes both pre-order and regular (in-stock) items, we’ll ship everything together once the pre-order item becomes available.
- Pre-order items are either awaiting official release or currently sold out and being restocked.
- There may be rare cases where a pre-order item becomes unavailable, which could cause delays.
- In-stock items are processed within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.
- Pre-order items are processed within 7–10 business days after it's available in stock.
If you’d like to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been fulfilled or shipped, you may request a cancellation.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on both processing and shipping:
Processing time: the time it takes us to prepare your order (usually 5–7 business days).
Shipping time: the time it takes the carrier to deliver it to your door (usually 5–8 business days within the U.S.).
Please note: holidays and unexpected mail delays may affect delivery estimates.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at koreanbabestee@gmail.com.
We cannot make changes once your order has been processed or fulfilled.
We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect addresses or if no one is available at the time of delivery.
If a package is returned for these reasons, we will only take action once the original package has been received back.
Please double-check your shipping details before checking out to avoid any issues.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Before shipping, we thoroughly inspect all items and packaging to ensure there are no external damages. We also use protective materials, like bubble wrap, cardboard boxes, and secure taping, to help prevent damage during transit.
However, damages during delivery are beyond our control.
We are not liable for any damage incurred during transit or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Some products (like albums or photobooks) are manufactured in a way that makes minor imperfections (e.g., small scratches, dents, or bends) more likely. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Thank you for shopping with us, we’re excited for you to receive your order.
Please note: International delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, with an average of 2–3 weeks.
If our shipping carrier is unable to deliver to your country, we will cancel and fully refund your order.
Will I have to pay import taxes or customs fees?
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by your country or shipping courier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer or package recipient.
Customs processing may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
If a package is held and not claimed from customs within their required timeframe, it may be returned to us.

Do you cover shipping delays or delivery issues?
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any carrier delays or delivery issues. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking and contacting the carrier directly if there are any problems.
My order was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Once your order is marked as delivered, it is considered fulfilled on our end.
However, carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a bit early. If this happens:
Wait 2–3 business days, your order may still arrive.
Check around your home, mailbox area, and with neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address.
If the package still hasn’t shown up, please file a missing mail search with your local post office.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
Why does my tracking say “Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending”?
This status means the shipping carrier has received your package, but it may have missed a scan at some point in the process.
As a result, tracking updates may be delayed or unavailable, even though your package is still on its way. This is a common issue and usually resolves once the package reaches the next scan point or local facility.

My order was returned to you, but I didn’t request a return. Why did this happen?
There are a few common reasons why your package may have been returned to us:
- Invalid Address: The shipping address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable.
- Unclaimed from Customs: If your order required customs clearance and was not claimed within the carrier’s timeframe, it may be sent back to us.
If your package was returned for any of these reasons, we’re happy to reship it, but please note, reshipping fees will apply.

Are sale items final sale?
Yes, all sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Yes, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom products (such as personalized items or special orders)

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. We do our best to show accurate images, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation.

Certain items, especially albums or exclusive merchandise, are limited in quantity. Availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed and processed.
3. Pricing & Listing Errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or availability at any time even after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will contact you immediately to issue a refund or offer an alternative.
4. Custom/Personalized Product Disclaimer
Custom items are made to order and may show slight variations from mockups. These products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.
5. Event/Product Drop Dates Subject to Change
Product launches, pre-order dates, and event plans are subject to change due to production or supplier delays. We will always communicate any major changes on our social platforms and via email if applicable.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
If your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of cancellation.
