(PRE-ORDER) ENHYPEN - [DOCUMENTARY 001-002] - 2025 SEASON'S GREETINGS

• Processing: Upon your placement of order, allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) for the system to process it.
•  Fulfillment: After confirming your purchase, the order will be shipped. This step may take up to 7+ business days depending the type of items included in your order.

Moreover, the order processing time is based on the longest processing time for orders with more than one item. Please note that fulfillment may vary per item type. 

• Packing & Shipping: Our company strives to deliver high-quality items in perfect condition. Thus after receiving the items, we check each and ensure its quality and that it can travel safely across the globe without a dent or scratch. Once your products are ready, we will ship them out using your preffered shipping method.

• As long as an order has not been fulfilled/shipped, all customers have the option to cancel their order. Please contact us within 1 hour of purchase.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues. 
• All items that are on preorder/sale/clearance are final sale.

• Depending on versions, contents (cover, photo book, mini book, photo cards, posters, etc.) in the official album package may vary.
• Posters are random and limited; included until supplies last.
• The outer case/box is simply for protecting goods. (Damages such as scratches or discoloration on the case/box cannot be compensated.)
• Please note that import duties, taxes and charges aren't included in the item price. Charges are buyer's responsibility.

Pre-order items are either scheduled for official release in the near future or currently sold out.

• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we dispatch them together once the pre-order item is available.
• There is also a slight chance that items may be out of stock during the pre-order period and it may cause additional delays.
• The processing time for in-stock items is between 5 to 7 business days after the order is received.
• The processing time for all pre-order items will be between 7 to 10 business days after the release date or restock.
• The release date can be postponed depending on the manufacturing schedule.(You will receive a delay notification email.
