(PRE-ORDER) STAYC - 2025 SEASON'S GREETINGS

Upon your placement of order, allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) for the system to process it.

•  Fulfillment: After confirming your purchase, the order will be shipped. This step may take up to 7+ business days depending the type of items included in your order.

Moreover, the order processing time is based on the longest processing time for orders with more than one item.

• As long as an order has not been fulfilled/shipped, all customers have the option to cancel their order. Please contact us within 1 hour of purchase.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues. 
• All items that are on preorder/sale/clearance are final sale.

Pre-order items are either scheduled for official release in the near future or currently sold out.

• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we dispatch them together once the pre-order item is available.
• There is also a slight chance that items may be out of stock during the pre-order period and it may cause additional delays.
• The processing time for in-stock items is between 5 to 7 business days after the order is received.
• The processing time for all pre-order items will be between 7 to 10 business days after the release date or restock.
• The release date can be postponed depending on the manufacturing schedule.(You will receive a delay notification email.
